Major Responsibilities:

- Technical Expertise: Act as a technical resource for the team, providing guidance on software architecture, coding best practices, and problem-solving.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with product management, design, quality assurance, and other departments to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee rigorous testing and quality assurance processes to maintain the reliability and performance of software solutions.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and efficiency of engineering efforts.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, manage team schedules, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role
- Proficient in modern web development using JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and frameworks such as Next.js, Remix, and Angular
- Experienced with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles, project management, and agile methodologies
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams, drive results, and foster collaboration
- Skilled in problem-solving, performance optimization, and delivering high-quality, user-focused solutions
- Effective communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Adaptable to evolving technologies and project requirements
