- Lead a team of developers and testers focused on artifact maintenance and innovation;
- Drive delivery of high-quality software that meets the needs of digital forensics professionals;

- Collaborate with Product, Project Management, and Forensics teams to align on priorities and execution;
- Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and career development;
- Champion customer success by ensuring timely updates and enhancements to artifact support.

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience leading software development teams;
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering;
- Experience working in an Agile development environment;
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills;
- Excellent relational skills and leadership abilities;
- Strong judgment, prioritization, and decision-making abilities;
- Drives a culture of feedback and continuous improvement;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with reverse engineering or mobile application analysis;
- Familiarity with C#, or other relevant languages;
- Exposure to digital forensics or cybersecurity domains.

Compensation & Benefits
- The Compensation Range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. If you are applying for this role outside of the primary location and you are selected for an interview, the Talent Acquisition Partner can share more information with you. If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (ie. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable)
Compensation Range:
- MIN: $111,300 - MID: $159,000 - MAX:$190,800 CAD
