What you will do:
The Employee Engagement and Inclusion Manager is responsible for executing, inspiring, creating and innovating high performance culture and inclusion across Johnson Controls. You will be an agent for changing, enhancing and motivating all employees to take an active role in creating a rich culture of inclusion.
How you will do it:

Drive, lead and execute the Employee Engagement and Inclusion strategy for Building Solutions North America. Design and lead projects to enhance engagement and inclusion

Create world class culture of inclusion across BSNA through leader and employee engagement, workshops, programming and enablement
-
In partnership with Business HR, Change Leadership, and Learning & Development, operationalize employee engagement actions in BSNA using employee listening program insights and measures

Lead Business Resource Groups (BRGs) globally that empower our culture of inclusion, engagement and innovation. BRGs drive inclusion and augment our workforce by offering support, guidance, development, tools, and resources to enable individual and organizational success

Build accountability across BSNA leadership in key areas of leveraging workforce and market analytics, pipeline management, employee retention, talent acquisition & development.

Contribute to inclusion council around talent acquisition, culture & development, collaboration & allyship, employee retention, benchmarking
