You will have helped shape the designs that guide market activity and lead your team to deliver key market design initiatives on time, supporting a reliable, affordable, and increasingly sustainable energy future across MISO’s footprint. While building and sustaining strong and trusted relationships with internal teams and stakeholders, you’ll have earned a reputation as a collaborative, forward-thinking leader, being recognized as someone who not only understands the market but helps shape its future!


The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $160,000-$182,000 USD annually.  Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience. 

Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.  At MISO we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k, vacation, sick and safe time, available on your first day of employment.
