Manager, Employee Experience, Revenue Cycle

We're searching for a passionate and creative leader to join our team as the Manager, Employee Experience for Revenue Cycle. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our internal communications and large-scale events, ensuring every teammate feels connected and informed. You'll develop and execute strategies that not only enhance our culture but also showcase the incredible work of our Revenue Cycle teammates.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Internal Communications: Own the development and execution of a comprehensive internal communications strategy for Revenue Cycle. This includes crafting engaging messages, managing various communication channels (newsletters, emails, intranet), and ensuring consistent, clear, and inspiring communication from leadership.
  • Plan & Execute Large-Scale Events: Lead the planning and execution of major team gatherings and recognition events, both in-person and virtual. You'll manage everything from budgeting and logistics to content development and vendor relations, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for all attendees.
  • Champion Teammate Feedback: Actively listen to our teammates and use their feedback to inform communications and event strategies, ensuring our efforts genuinely resonate with their needs and interests.
  • Collaborate with Purpose: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Operations, and corporate communications, to align your initiatives with overall company goals and brand standards.
  • Manage the Administrative Support Team: Directly lead, mentor, and develop a team of administrative professionals. This includes delegating tasks, managing performance, providing coaching and training, and ensuring the team operates efficiently to support the broader Revenue Cycle function.

What We're Looking For

  • A Communications Expert: You have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful multi-channel internal communications strategies, with a knack for writing compelling and clear content.
  • An Event Planning Pro: You're experienced in planning and executing large-scale corporate events from start to finish, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for creating memorable experiences.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: 1-3+ years of experience in a leadership role with a focus on internal communications, employee engagement, or event management.
  • Strategic & Creative Thinker: You can translate business objectives into creative and engaging communication and event strategies that drive teammate connection and morale.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is required; a combination of relevant education and equivalent experience will be considered.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Fluent in the written and verbal skills necessary to perform successfully the essential functions, duties, and responsibilities of the position.

The Salary Range for the role is $78,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year.
