The Manager of Employee Experience and Workforce Strategy leads Radiant Health’s employee experience strategy by designing, measuring, and continuously improving the employee journey from recruitment through offboarding. This role partners with leaders across the organization to create consistent, meaningful experiences that strengthen engagement, retention, leadership effectiveness, and workforce stability. Through journey mapping, employee feedback, workforce analytics, and strategic initiatives, this position helps ensure every employee has the opportunity to thrive while supporting Radiant Health’s mission and long-term workforce goals.

What You'll DoLead the Employee Experience

Lead Radiant Health’s employee experience strategy across the employee lifecycle.

Design, coordinate, and oversee structured employee touchpoints during onboarding, 90-day, six-month, one-year, and ongoing employment milestones.

Create meaningful opportunities for employees to share feedback and ensure concerns are addressed appropriately.

Build trust with employees while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and professionalism.

Partner with HR and leadership to improve the overall employee experience across all programs.
Design and Improve the Employee Journey

Design, document and continuously improve the employee journey from recruitment through offboarding, ensuring every stage of employment reflects Radiant Health’s mission, values, and commitment to employee success.

Evaluate key moments in the employee lifecycle – including recruitment, hiring, pre-boarding, onboarding, orientation, early employment, career development, recognition, leadership transitions, and create a more connected and supportive workplace.

Collaborate with Human Resources, Operations, Clinical Leadership, and other departments to implement improvements that enhance the employee experience.

Develop standardized employee experience processes, resources, and tools that promote consistency across the organization.

Measure the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives and recommend continuous improvements based on employee feedback, workforce metrics, and organizational goals.
Drive Workforce Strategy

Monitor workforce trends, retention data, turnover patterns, vacancy trends, and employee feedback.

Identify opportunities to improve retention, engagement, onboarding, leadership support, and workforce stability.

Develop recommendations using workforce data rather than assumptions.

Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, practical manner.

Assist with workforce planning initiatives and organizational projects.
Strengthen Leadership and Employee Engagement

Partner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement, development, communication, recognition, and retention.

Coordinate employee feedback initiatives (surveys, stay interviews, check-ins, and exit interviews) and translate findings into actionable improvement strategies.

Promote a consistent, positive employee experience across the organization.
Workforce Analytics & Reporting

Maintain workforce dashboards and key performance indicators.

Analyze and report workforce trends, including retention, turnover, engagement, and supervisor follow-through.

Prepare leadership and grant reports, ensuring workforce data is accurate, timely, and supports informed decision-making.
Qualifications
Radiant Health values the combination of education, experience, and practical knowledge. An equivalent combination of education, training, certifications, and relevant experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the position may be considered in lieu of the stated qualifications.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a closely related field preferred.

Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, organizational development, employee engagement, workforce development, leadership development, or a related field required.

Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Experience analyzing workforce metrics and translating data into meaningful recommendations and action plans.

Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using Human Resources Information Systems.

Valid Indiana driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
Skills Required
