Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager for our Elite Mortgage Sales team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Oversee the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient loan processing
- Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE mortgage regulations and company policies

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in mortgage sales, with a proven track record of managing and leading high-performing sales teams
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, financial services, and UAE mortgage market regulations
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent leadership abilities, including team management, motivation, and coaching
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough understanding of UAE real estate trends and property valuation
- Relevant mortgage or financial certifications (e.g., Certified Mortgage Banker) preferred
- Ability to travel within the UAE for client meetings or industry events as needed
