Lead structured improvements and drive innovation for EHS culture at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate a team of six members specializing in General Safety, ESG, Radiation Safety, Warehouse Safety, Health, and Sustainability.
Drive the achievement of EHS and sustainability objectives through strategic development and execution.
Respond to client ESG and sustainability requests, aligning these with our internal practices.
Lead and determine central initiatives to improve our EHS and sustainability culture.
Successfully implement programs that ensure compliance with all applicable EHS regulations.
15+ years of proven experience in EHS and Sustainability management, preferably in a protective services role.
3+ years of people management experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and encourage a diverse team.
Outstanding skills in developing and implementing strategic plans.
Excellent communication skills to effectively work with internal and external collaborators.
Proficiency in English is required.
