Working under the direction of the Director, this position leads regional workforce and talent initiatives, supporting employer collaboratives and addressing regional talent needs. The position serves as a primary day-to-day relationship manager among employers, education, workforce, and community partners; facilitates stakeholder engagement; manages talent-related projects; and drives progress toward established goals and outcomes.

The Manager serves as a key day-to-day relationship manager, providing coordination, accountability, and follow-through to advance talent strategies, strengthen employer talent pipelines, and connect workforce initiatives to the evolving needs of employers and the region.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, workforce development, education, or a related field.
  • Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience talent development, project management, workforce development, education partnerships, economic development, coalition leadership, or related work.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, employer relationships, and stakeholder groups.
  • Experience supporting talent strategies, workforce planning, employee development, or employer talent needs.
  • Strong facilitation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience supporting employer engagement, talent pipeline, or workforce initiatives.
  • Familiarity with workforce data, talent trends, and performance measurement systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in human resources, chamber, economic development, workforce, education, or public-private partnership settings.
  • Knowledge of Oklahoma education and workforce systems.
  • Experience working with employers to identify talent needs and develop workforce solutions.

Skills Required
