To support the development, dissemination, and maintenance of Value & Access (Health Economics & Outcomes Research [HEOR]) deliverables for selected key strategic asset/s for a specific disease/condition. Deliverables: Cost effectiveness models, budget impact models, NMA and their updates, and other activities as advised by partners.
Deliver functional expertise as a leader with vision in Patient Access function / sub-function to drive functional excellence and collaborate with Global business solutions clients to support / implement priority functional initiatives and innovative projects.
Explore, develop, implement, and evaluate digital innovation solutions that address customer needs. Co-create with key partners to build partnerships and collaborations -Leads the delivery of multiple economic modeling projects.
Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1. Support & chip in to the development, design, analysis, and interpretation of all HEOR projects (CEM, BIM, NMA etc.) that demonstrate the over product value (both clinical & economic)
2. Develop optimal knowledge and experience in HEOR (Economic Modeling).
Develop and maintain the qualitative and/or quantitative deliverables as per the client requirements in accordance with the agreed standard process and timelines.
3. Liaise with global partners on project schedule/planning and executing of economic modeling deliverables and develop long-term, peer-level trust-based collaborations.
4. Support global clients to conduct payer insight generation and economic modeling and ad-hoc activities (e.g. Payer AdBoards / secondary market research) as and when required.
5. Support the development of additional guidance and training materials (i.e. checklists, QA processes etc.) Work with Lead-V&A for driving functional excellence in the assigned businesses, leading functional initiatives and business development in the assigned areas
6. Drive initiatives and projects towards creating scientific and functional excellence (across PMA / HE&OR / EM service deliverables to support the business).
Support to optimize process and also ensure adherence to Sandoz Processes /guidelines/SOPs
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Education (minimum):
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant scientific field plus graduate degree (Masters or PhD) in relevant field (including health economics, epidemiology, health services research, public health, or business management)
Languages:
Proficiency in ‘English’ is a pre-requisite, while knowledge of other in-scope country languages would be an advantage
Experience:
Pharmaceutical domain knowledge with proven experience of 5+ years in conducting health economic and outcomes research (HE&OR) in pharma industry, contract research organization, and also experience in a closely related subject area within the pharma industry (e.g. clinical research, statistics, epidemiology, pricing analytics)
Desirable requirements:
- Ability to work, prioritize, and drive projects independently.
- Ability to demonstrate analytics findings to collaborator.
- MS-Office skills (MS-Excel Advanced, MS-Word, and MS-Power-point, VBA)
