How You’ll Make An Impact
- 达播渠道营销策略规划（营销核心模块）：结合品牌产品定位、目标人群、月度营销预算，制定抖音/小红书/视频号/快手达播方案，拆分头部、腰部、垂类KOC分层投放配比，制定月度投放策略、预算分配与大促/新品专项营销方案，对渠道GMV、ROI负责。
- 达人资源开发、筛选与分层运营：挖掘匹配品牌调性带货主播、垂类达人，覆盖短视频种草+直播达播双类型；搭建品牌自有达人资源库，完成达人分级管理。
- 达播商务全流程落地执行：
- 独立对接达人商务谈判，敲定坑位费/佣金/专场合作等合作条款，统筹达播全流程落地：撰写直播Brief、对接样品寄送、沟通直播脚本、跟进开播前链接上架、直播现场配合、处理直播突发问题（价盘、库存、达人舆情）。
- 统筹达人短视频种草内容协同，实现“短视频蓄水+直播转化”一体化营销，打通内容种草到直播间成交链路。
- 数据复盘与营销效果优化：实时监控每场达人直播数据：曝光、观看、互动、GMV、转化率、客单价、ROI、退货率，输出达播渠道营销复盘报告，优化达人筛选标准、佣金政策、直播内容、投放预算分配，持续提升整体渠道投产比。
- 跨部门协同：联动产品、经销商电商运营团队，同步达播活动需求、直播素材、库存备货、售后规则，保障达播活动顺畅落地；配合品牌整体品宣节点，完成达人整合营销项目。
