Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Project Management: Lead and manage digital transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business needs
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executive leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams to identify pain points and opportunities for digital enhancements
  • Technology Integration: Assess and implement emerging technologies and digital tools that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance
  • Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of digital initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Training and Development: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills to leverage new digital tools and processes
  • Innovation Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging creative thinking and experimentation with new digital solutions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in digital transformation, IT project management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with change management methodologies and tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma)
  • Experience in the Information Technology sector

Salary Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $160,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
