Manager, Digital Product Development

What you’ll do:
- Manage the end-to-end product development process, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, track progress, and proactively address any potential roadblocks or issues.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of product developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and business development, to ensure seamless coordination and integration of digital products.
- Apply agile methodologies and best practices to manage the product development lifecycle, including backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative development.
- Remote work permitted.
WHAT YOU HAVE: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering Management, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience as a Product Management Intern, Associate Project Manager, Product Manager, or related role where required experience was gained. Employer will also accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering Management, or related field of study and three (3) years of experience as a Product Management Intern, Associate Project Manager, Product Manager, or related role where experience was gained. Also required experience in the following:
- Agile methodologies and experience with agile product management practices;
- Product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, UX/UI design, development, testing, and release;
- Project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello;
- Understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS as well as Understanding of software development for CMS platforms such as Hubspot;
- Use data & analytics to guide the product development roadmap;
- Digital marketing, A/B test management, and conversation rate optimization;
- Digital experimentation tools such as Optimizely or Adobe Target;
- Web analytic tools such as Heap, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics; and
Also Requires:
- Certifications in product development methodologies such as Six Sigma or Safe Agile.
