- The Digital Platform Lead will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of customer journey strategies at Sun Life.
- This role will leverage industry leading tools including marketing automation (Adobe Marketo Engage) and customer relationship management (CRM) technologies to enhance customer engagement and drive business results.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all change requests for CRM and Marketo Engage, ensuring timely evaluation and implementation in alignment with business priorities.
- Utilizing Adobe Marketo Engage and CRM systems to design and implement customer journeys.
- Applying in-depth knowledge of customer lifecycle management to optimize engagement strategies.
- Managing projects through their entire development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices in project management.
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications for implementation.
- Collaborating with development and production support teams to assess and prioritize the application changes, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Overseeing technical development activities to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Preferred skills
- Practical experience in managing insurance product launch E2E across IT systems specifically in Adobe Marketo Engage, nice to have in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other CRM solutions
- Practical experience in leading complex projects
- Practical experience in working in Agile with IT multiple teams, Business Stakeholders and Product Team
Qualifications
- University graduate, preferably in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Over 8 years of working experience
- More than 5 years solid experience in managing/consulting in large scale projects
- Expert knowledge in Adobe Marketo Engage is a must, Salesforce or other CRM solution is a plus
- Broad knowledge of financial services &/or insurance industry desirable.
- Excellent understanding of product development lifecycle
- Good Project management and Business analysis skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and inter-personnel skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills to get buy-ins from the business stakeholders from different functional team
- Fluent in English
