- The Manager - Digital Operations is responsible for overseeing reconciliation, settlement, chargeback, dispute management, and digital payment operations to ensure zero financial losses and minimal operational errors.

- Ensure timely and accurate MIS, claims reporting, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Manage relationships with payment networks, vendors, and service providers, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs and contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular vendor reviews and ensure compliance with RBI outsourcing guidelines and internal policies.
- Oversee merchant payments, interchange claims, and settlement activities as per approved agreements and policies.
