About the RoleZone & Co is looking for an experienced Development Manager to lead our team of software developers specializing in NetSuite solutions. This role blends technical expertise with strategic leadership, ensuring our team delivers high-quality, innovative applications that meet and exceed client expectations. If you’re passionate about leading top-tier development teams and driving impactful solutions in the fintech space, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:- Lead & Mentor – Guide and develop a team of talented software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Oversee Development – Manage the full lifecycle of NetSuite-based applications, ensuring best practices, high performance, and top-tier quality standards.
- Drive Project Success – Oversee timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with excellence.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate client needs into effective technical solutions.
- Maintain Code Excellence – Review code, provide constructive feedback, and support performance evaluations to continuously elevate team output.
- Stay Ahead of Trends – Keep up with NetSuite developments and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge.
- Engage with Clients – Serve as a key point of contact, ensuring our solutions align with customer expectations and business goals.
- Education & Experience – Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with extensive software development experience and 5+ years in a leadership role.
- NetSuite Expertise – Deep knowledge of NetSuite architecture, development tools, and best practices.
- Strategic Thinker – Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven, strategic decisions.
- Exceptional Communicator – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Project Leadership – Experience managing project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring successful, high-impact deliveries.
- Fintech Experience – Proven track record in software development and project execution within the financial technology sector.
