Job Description
Looking for Manager who has good knowledge in Angular and has hands on experience on UI based project. Java skill sets will be add on. This role requires hands-on involvement in both technical development and functional strategy, serving as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role also involves managing a team, coordinating with other departments, developing strategic plans and driving innovation strategies. The Manager will ensure that their team performs efficiently, meets quality standards, and delivers exceptional results aligned with the company’s objectives
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on best practices, code quality, architecture, and design to ensure high standards are maintained in all technical deliverables.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly, and resources are used efficiently.
- Performance Monitoring: Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback to team members.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies that align with business goals and drive performance improvements.
- Resource Allocation: Manage staffing levels, assign tasks, and ensure optimal use of resources to achieve team objectives.
- Budget Management: Monitor departmental budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Innovation and R&D: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the team adopts innovative solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Address challenges promptly and effectively, using sound judgment to make decisions that benefit the team and the organization.
- Reporting: Track key performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with other departments, clients, and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and achieve common goals.
