We are looking for Manager - Design to join our growing team!
What you will do as Associate Manager - Design:
- Manage and mentor a small team of designers (task planning, reviews, feedback loops, development plans).
- Set clear quality standards and ensure timely delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Build repeatable processes for briefs, timelines, revisions, and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Maintain and evolve internal brand identity systems (guidelines, templates, and toolkits).
- Ensure brand consistency across internal communications, leadership decks, events, and campaigns.
- Design marketing assets such as one-pagers, brochures, flyers, posters, standees, emailers, and social creatives.
- Own print-ready outputs (layout, typography, specs, vendor coordination where needed).
- Ensure quality control across formats, platforms, and production constraints.
- Lead and design UI/UX projects for internal tools, landing pages, microsites, or product experiences as required.
- Translate marketing requirements into clear design outputs and collaborate with developers for execution.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, HR/People teams, and Tech to define briefs and convert them into impactful designs.
What we're looking for:
- 3–4 years of professional design experience (graphic design / brand design / marketing design / UI/UX mix).
- Experience managing or leading designers (formal or informal leadership is fine).
- Strong portfolio showing a range of work: brand systems, marketing collateral, and digital/UI design.
- Proficiency in Figma; working knowledge of Adobe suite and AI (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign) or equivalent tools.
- Ability to work fast without compromising craft strong attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Experience building templates and scalable brand systems.
- Motion/animation skills (After Effects, Principle, etc.).
- Experience with design ops: workflow improvements, asset libraries, documentation.
- Familiarity with basic web/tech constraints (responsive design, handoff practices).
