  • Building and developing a high-performing engineering team that is engaged, accountable, and focused on delivering results.

Your Credentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Professional Engineer Credential Preferred
  • Experience with metal fabrication including tooling and process equipment design
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and building code standards necessary
  • 8+ years of progressive engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience; experience managing remote team members a plus

Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 annually, with bonus potential. Starting salary varies based on your experience.
