Job Description
- The position will be responsible for developing and managing the Design and Technical aspects of Hotels in accordance with Accor brand requirement and local government regulations.
- Managing multiple projects at same time as Project Manager
- Required to Travel widely for project meetings, site inspections, and guiding partners towards required compliances
- Having managed 5 star hotel construction projects will be an added advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Architecture, preferably with 10-15+ years experience in hotels and hospitality projects,
- Bachelor degree in Project & construction management with 10+ years experience, is an added advantage
- Minimum 10+ years experience in Hotel design and construction projects, with hotel operator or hotel developer in similar role, having basic knowledge of hotel services design and project coordination skills
- Have indepth knowledge of hotel architecture, space planning, design, related local building codes and regulations. Managing project budgets, checking quality and accuracy of works
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, Sketch-up , MS Project (Intermediate)
- Have Team working team skills and ability to lead and work effectively, contribute in a team (Advanced)
- Presentation and influencing skills (Advanced)
- Professional fluency & proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
