Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Demand Generation Manager (Player/Coach) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving growth through outbound marketing efforts (Webinars, Social, Co-Partner Marketing), market research, NetSuite, Salesforce and ERP-related content and supporting our outbound campaign management efforts.

Responsibilties

  • Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential client contacts by micro vertical.
  • Create and manage content (i.e., webinars, case studies, blogs, e-books, etc.) from ideation to execution and delivery.
  • Responsible for driving communication across various channels (Social, Web, Etc.)
  • Work with NetSuite teams (Marketing, PE and Associations, Direct Sales, AMO Sales) to create and execute on content to promote Caravel and BPM services to relevant teams.
  • Co-Market and Collaborate with NetSuite Marketing Team via Data Sheets, Webinars, Social Posts, etc.
  • Identify key software and industry-focused opportunities for campaigns to align with market trends and Caravel / BPM initiatives.
  • Assist in the content creation for outbound marketing campaigns, including email outreach and follow-ups.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential client contacts by micro vertical.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and reports to the sales team.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
  • Support the team in special projects and/or business development programs as needed.
  • Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related area.
  • 2-4 years of experience working with ERP, CRM, or other technology services organizations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
