About the Role: We are looking for a Data Quality & Standards Manager with a strong focus on managerial competencies and a comprehensive vision of organizational processes.

This role involves collaborating with the Data Domains Manager to ensure high data quality levels for Material Master data, with an emphasis on project management and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team, including recruiting, training, and supervising staff.

  • Develop and oversee data management strategies, rules and processes for data usage and quality standards.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, including delivery executive presentations.

  • Strategically develop the department to align with organizational goals.

  • Promote improvement and change initiatives to support new development strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations through secure data handling and analysis procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience, with a focus on managerial roles.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

  • Proficiency in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.

  • Experience in project management and process improvement.

  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.

  • Effective interaction and communication with higher management.
