We are looking for a Manager, Data Platform & Integrations to lead the development and operation of our enterprise data platform. This role will play a critical role in integrating core business systems and building a centralized data warehouse that supports analytics, reporting, and operational decision-making across the organization.
This role will be the technical owner of the organization’s data platform, responsible for integration architecture, data pipeline design, and the development of a scalable Snowflake-based data warehouse.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role that combines platform architecture, engineering oversight, and cross-team coordination. The position will collaborate closely with internal teams and external development partners to deliver reliable, well-governed data infrastructure.
This role focuses on data platform architecture and integration, enabling analytics and reporting across the organization. It does not own dashboards or business intelligence development, but it ensures that data assets are reliable, well-structured, and accessible for analytics teams.
What You'll Do
Data Platform & Warehouse Development
· Lead the design and implementation of the organization’s Snowflake-based data warehouse.
· Develop scalable data pipelines and integration patterns to support enterprise analytics and reporting.
· Design and maintain data models optimized for analytics consumption.
· Establish best practices for data architecture, pipeline reliability, performance, and maintainability.
Enterprise System Integrations
· Manage and enhance integrations across key enterprise platforms, including:
o Workday HRM
o Salesforce
o Kantata
o Sage Intacct
o Concur
o Adaptive Planning
· Build and maintain integrations using Talend, Fivetran, connectors, and APIs.
· Improve reliability and scalability of existing custom integrations.
· Standardize integration patterns and documentation across systems.
Technical Leadership & Platform Operations
· Serve as the technical lead for data platform initiatives, coordinating work across infrastructure, application, and platform teams.
· Work closely with internal stakeholders and external development partners to deliver data platform capabilities.
· Provide architectural guidance and technical oversight for vendor and offshore development resources.
· Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.
· Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.
· Drive delivery standards, documentation practices, and operational excellence.
· Incorporate AI into solution approaches.
Data Governance & Platform Standards
· Establish foundational data governance and data quality practices.
· Define standards for data access controls, documentation, and pipeline monitoring.
· Partner with Architecture and Security teams to ensure data solutions align with enterprise standards and compliance requirements.
What's You'll Bring
· 7–10 years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or data-platform development, including designing and implementing data warehouses or modern data platforms.
· Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale data sets.
· Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms, and with ETL/ELT tools such as Talend, Fivetran, or similar technologies.
· Experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms via APIs or connectors, including HR, CRM, ERP, and financial systems.
· Strong understanding of data modeling, pipeline architecture, and integration design.
· Experience building data platforms supporting finance, HR, or operational analytics.
· Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
· Experience coordinating technical work across internal teams and external vendors, with strong documentation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
· Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.
