Primary Function
Contribute to and supervise the Data Mapping team within Loan Transfers. Ensure all loan transfer data mapping is completed according to existing processes and procedures. Maintain all SLA’s within the transfer timeline while aiming for zero defects within the transfer. Act as the accountable party for all data mapping from start to finish. Data Mapping is responsible for all data that is loaded into Servicing Director for transfers assigned to the analyst. Responsible for data, payment histories, and comments being added to all incoming loans. Work with the Leadership to create, document and enforce department policies, procedures, and SLA’s.

Principal Duties
- Maintain stated performance level for all assigned transfer mapping and validation.
- SME and business owner for the Servicing Director Import Tool (SDI) leading the changes and direction it needs to go.
- Maintain and improve processes within the groups to ensure maximum efficiency of the staff and other company resources.
- Lead a team of 5-10 Mapping Analysts and 1-2 Supervisors to accurately and timely load all portfolios to test and production.
- Train all incoming Mapping Analysts
- Develop with management, validation routines for all Mapping Analyst
- Maintain and update exceptions to improve quality downstream.
- Maintain and update exceptions regarding transfer errors and work with the Portfolio Management and Deal Management groups to improve processes and eliminate transfer errors.
- Work in tandem with Deal Management to set the schedule for the Mapping and Activation to achieve overall transfer SLAs.
- Act as the owner for all assigned incoming servicing transfers related to mapping.
- Create, manage, and deliver reporting to senior management of the timeliness and accuracy of the group.
- Manage all mappings according to the schedule set forth by the Deal Management team.
- Ensure all timelines are adhered to meeting borrower compliance timelines.
- Collaborate with individual business units to view additional data that could be loaded in efforts to prevent manual efforts.
- Run automated review checks for all transfers at prelim and final for all assigned transfers.
- Responsible for each assigned transfer meeting the established mapping SLAs
- Balance all transfers from loan set-up prior to activation using the designed process and form.
- Perform personnel managerial duties such as goal setting and tracking, performance monitoring and coaching, ensuring associate engagement, and other typical managerial duties.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Business, Data Analysis, computer science, process improvement, project management, etc.
- 6-8 years’ experience in the field.
- 2+ years’ prior supervisory experience.
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements
- Certain after hours/weekend work may be necessary for projects or high business volume situations.
- After hours/ weekend email monitoring to ensure internal, client and homeowner satisfaction with transfers.
- Up to 10% travel to other company locations for projects, training, etc.
