Job Title: Manager, Data and Analytics

Elysium Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Architecture and Analytics Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing data architecture, data warehousing, and data engineering. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business insights and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Architecture & Warehousing:
- Design and manage the overall data architecture and ensure the integrity, efficiency, and reliability of our data warehouse.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of data models, database schemas, and data storage solutions.
- Data Engineering:
- Develop, manage, and optimize data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Implement data integrity and system monitoring to ensure data quality.
- Customer Data Analytics:
- Support marketing and finance in analyzing customer data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions and enhance customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain dashboard reporting to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
- External Data Integrations:
- Support and optimize external data integrations with analytics and marketing automation platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and seamless integration of external data sources into the company's data ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in data warehousing solutions, particularly BigQuery.
- Experience with data pipeline, transformation, and visualization tools (e.g., Fivetran, DBT, Looker).
- Strong SQL skills required; expertise with languages and frameworks such as Python or Node.js strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring team members.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a distributed environment, with distributed development tools (Github, Asana, etc.).
