The Project Manager is responsible for driving successful delivery of portfolio-specific initiatives by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing execution plans, and ensuring consistent adherence to defined processes. This role operates with limited supervision, manages complex initiatives, and acts as a coach and escalation point to ensure delivery excellence and portfolio health.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate communication across all relevant stakeholders, including facilitating weekly standups and intake review forums
- Develop, maintain, and manage end-to-end project plans; monitor execution and report progress throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure all project processes, procedures, and documentation are created, maintained, and kept current
- Define, track, and ensure delivery of all project deliverables against clearly articulated success criteria
- Support resource assignment and capacity planning to enable effective and timely execution
- Identify, analyze, and resolve a broad range of project and delivery challenges within the assigned domain
- Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements, translating them into actionable project outcomes
- Coach and guide team members; provide feedback and serve as a subject-matter resource for less experienced colleagues
- Operate effectively in environments with minimal structure while managing higher-complexity initiatives
- End-to-end project management for portfolio-specific implementation programs, including governance of standups and intake reviews
- Active participation in continuous process improvement, including documentation of updates and driving team adherence to established processes
- Regular portfolio health and status reporting to stakeholders and leadership
- Proactive identification and escalation of project risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure timely resolution
- Process discipline and continuous improvement mindset
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in Project/program management in Data and/or Digital Analytics, Marketing, domains
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs
- Experience coaching team members and supporting delivery excellence across portfolios
- Good to have knowledge on Adobe Analytics and/or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Solid understanding of project lifecycle management, intake governance, and delivery frameworks
- Proven working expertise in Workfront(Strongly preferred), Jira, Rally (CA Agile Central), Sharepoint and Microsoft teams from project/program management front
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in ambiguous or evolving environments
- Proven stakeholder management and executive communication
- Proven project planning, tracking, and risk management
- Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Proven leadership, coaching, and collaboration
