About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-quality web applications. You will be responsible for developing both front-end and back-end components, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering seamless user experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications across front-end and back-end systems
  • Design, build, and optimize scalable APIs and databases
  • Collaborate with product, design, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features
  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular)
  • Experience with back-end languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP)
  • Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Skills Required

  • 4-6+ years in data analytics, marketing analytics, or digital performance analytics
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proven experience managing data pipelines and working with large datasets
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Hands-on analytics experience in content, influencer, or affiliate marketing
  • Working knowledge of analytics/statistics concepts
  • Experience with automation tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Python for data processing
  • Experience with Power BI including semantic models
  • Experience with social listening tools and methodologies
  • Experience building reusable data tools for non-technical stakeholders
