Position Summary:
The Manager of CX Analytics leads the evolution of GEODIS’ client-facing analytics, digital tools, and AI capabilities. This role manages a team responsible for delivering accurate, scalable reporting while building intelligent, insight-driven solutions that enhance the customer experience. The person in this job acts as the bridge between data, technology
and operations and ensures that GEODIS delivers a modern, proactive, and digitally enabled client partnership.
Your role on the team:
- Lead development and governance of all client-facing analytics, dashboards, and ensure data accuracy, KPI alignment, and consistency across all systems
- Drive AI-enabled insights to proactively identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps
- Manage and develop a high-performing analytics team with clear standards and
- Design and enhance digital client experiences that improve transparency and
- Partner with leadership to translate data into strategic recommendations and
- Standardize reporting frameworks, tools, and methodologies across accounts
- Act as the primary owner of analytics tools ecosystem (Power BI, SFDC reporting, AI tools, etc.)
- Other duties as required and assigned
- Supports GEODIS’ programs for Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, Ethics, Compliance, CSR and Sustainability
What you need:
- 4–6+ years in analytics, supply chain, logistics, or data-driven client experience roles
- Proven experience owning client-facing reporting, dashboards, and data ecosystems (E.g. Power BI)
- Strong track record of data accuracy and governance
- Demonstrated exposure to advanced analytics or AI / automation initiatives
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions and insights
- Strong leadership skills to develop and manage a team of analysts
- Strong communication skills to serve as the connector across Client Experience, Operations, IT and Engineering
- Strong technical skills to own the digital and data ecosystem.
