The role of Manager, CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management) and Retention Marketing are crucial in an organization as they directly impact customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall business performance. The role focuses on managing the entire customer lifecycle to enhance engagement and loyalty, while Retention Marketing aims to retain existing customers by developing personalized marketing strategies and reducing churn.
Job Description
1. Develop, execute and analyze CLM and retention strategy campaigns.
2. Manage customer retention, persistency, and engagement activities.
3. Content Creation and Management: Develop, manage, and distribute high-quality content that aligns meets the objective for the role.
4. Collaborate and manage working cross functionally especially in projects related to Sales Force/CEP.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on CLM and retention marketing campaigns.
- Experienced with sales force/CEP campaign
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO/SEM, and lead generation.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Shariah guidelines is a plus.
