Job Description Summary:
What You’ll Do for Us
Finance Business Partnering (End‑to‑End Support)
- Serve as the primary Finance Business Partner to the Customer Head, EC Channel, providing strategic and operational financial support.
- Lead financial support for Annual Business Plan (ABP), forecasts, and in‑year performance management.
- Provide financial leadership for DME(Direct Marketing Expense) planning, monitoring, and optimization, ensuring investments deliver expected ROI.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain on NPD (new product) launches, including pricing, trade spend, profitability, and post‑launch performance reviews.
- Deliver robust financial analysis, insights, and scenario modeling to support commercial decision‑making, including full P&L analysis.
Customer DME(Direct Marketing Expense) Management
- Own overall customer DME management for the EC channel, ensuring alignment with KO financial policies and strategic priorities.
- Drive disciplined DME budgeting, phasing, tracking, and variance analysis.
- Evaluate DME effectiveness and recommend optimization actions to maximize revenue growth, margin, and cash flow.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance, and post event reviews.
ABP(Annual Business Planning) Cycle Support
- Lead Finance support for the ABP cycle, coordinating inputs from key stakeholders.
- Validate assumptions, volume projections, pricing strategies, and customer investment plans.
- Provide clear financial narratives and insights to leadership during ABP reviews.
- Support rolling forecasts and in‑year plan updates to reflect business dynamics.
