Job Description
Job Description for Credit Reviewer:
- Prepare, review, analyze and make recommendations for mortgage applictions (including new, restructures and others)
- Liaise with stakeholders (including Sales staff, mortgage relations staff, Credit Operation staff) for documentations and rectifications.
- Compliance and documentation checks on mortgage applications
- Review property valuation reports
- Credit evaluation and follow up on post disbursement issues, other miscellaneous requests.
Qualifications/requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of banking experience (preferably in mortgages)
- Aptitude in software programs and well verse in Microsoft programs especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledgeable in real estate industry, real estate current affairs and economic outlook
- Conversant in real estate and mortgage loans regulations
- Good credit analytical skills, meticulous and attentive to details
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good attitude and interpersonal skills, able to interact professionally and manage objections effectively
- Able to work independently, fast learner and able to work as a team.
