Mavely is seeking a talented and experienced Manager of Creator Campaigns to lead and oversee a team of campaign managers, campaign coordinators, and creator recruiters. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our brand campaigns, ensuring that every aspect of our campaign goals is delivered with excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in strategizing, planning, and implementing campaigns that exceed our clients' expectations. You will drive your team to optimize performance, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and maintain strong relationships with both creators and brand partners. Your ability to analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and implement process improvements will be key to driving continuous improvement and innovation within the team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of campaign managers, coordinators, and creator recruiters to achieve high performance and professional growth.

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of brand campaigns to ensure they meet defined objectives and KPIs.

  • Goal Alignment: Ensure that all aspects of campaign goals are clearly communicated, understood, and executed by the team.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate team resources to meet the demands of multiple concurrent campaigns.

  • Client Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for brand partners, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with campaign outcomes.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and data teams to align strategies and share insights.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline campaign processes and implement best practices.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of creators, ensuring a high-quality network that aligns with brand needs.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance to internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in agency environment and/or campaign management, influencer marketing, or related fields

  • A minimum of 3 years in a team management role.

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage performance, and foster a positive work environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at presenting ideas and influencing stakeholders.

  • Proficient in analyzing data to drive decision-making and improve campaign outcomes.

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and campaign best practices.

  • Strong customer service orientation with experience in managing client relationships.

  • Ability to anticipate issues, think critically, and implement effective solutions.

  • Familiarity with campaign management tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
