The Role:
As a Revenue Operations/ CPQ Manager with at Fusion Risk Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales operations processes. You will be responsible for optimizing and managing our Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes with the back office and sales teams to drive sales accountability and CRM hygiene. In addition, you will be responsible for data capture, reporting, and analysis within the Revenue Operations team, providing insights into the performance of the entire marketing and sales funnel.
The specific responsibilities of this role are as follows:

Work with individual reps (AEs/AMs) to provide accurate and timely reporting

Drive and maintain CRM hygiene
-
Identify areas for standardization and improvement in reporting
-
Provide insights from data and reporting
-
Translate deal proposals into CPQ-generated proposals in Salesforce (with Sales, Finance and Operations teams)

Configure, analyze, optimize, maintain CPQ (with Finance and Accounting teams) to ensure accurate and efficient quoting, pricing, and contract management

Be the CPQ champion - provide ongoing coaching, training and support to sales teams on CPQ processes, tools, and best practices

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CPQ and Revenue Operations to drive continuous process improvement\

Develop and implement sales performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to track and measure sales accountability

Create revenue and pipeline metric content each week for executive team and Board.

Hold revenue ownership over CRM hygiene to ensure that required fields are populated and accurate (working with sales and back-office teams when data is incomplete)

Identify areas of improvement in Revenue Operations and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with Revenue Operations team to ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting and pipeline management.

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for sales optimization.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-
Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, Lightning Platform, Sales Cloud

Previous experience working in RevOps/ Sales Ops in B2B SaaS company

Solid understanding of sales processes, sales metrics, and the entire sales and marketing funnel

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders
-
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
-
Extensive experience working with sales teams

Experience working with sales and marketing tech stack (e.g., Gong, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Highspot, Quip)

Experience working with revenue intelligence tools (Clari, Gong, BoostUp, etc.)
Nice to haves:

Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud, including configuration, pricing rules, product bundling, and contract management

Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Lookr)

Familiarity with SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)

Proficiency in data querying languages (e.g., SQL)
Qualifications (Education and Experience)
-
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience working deeply with CPQ; experience in CPQ deployment and rollout preferred
-
2+ years of experience working deeply with Salesforce CRM (Lightning experience)
-
Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud certifications are a plus
Milestones for the First Twelve Months
In 3 months, you will:

Have a deep understanding of the operations of the revenue team, including current state of reporting, tooling, forecasting, data modeling, territory design, and incentive comp plans

Have formed strong relationships with each member of the RevOps team
In 6 months, you will:

Have taken ownership of reporting requests that come in from revenue and executive leadership

Analyze and lead optimization of CPQ processes (with Finance and Accounting teams)
In 12 months, you will:

Become a subject matter expert in reporting needs that support the revenue organization

Proactively deliver insights to the business based on most critical impact
-
Work on streamlining Salesforce CRM implementation
