Manages the development and delivery of strategic and tactical information, analysis and recommendations concerning the organization’s competitive position in the market place. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Economics). MBA, MPH, or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
Three (3) of experience in strategy, consulting, healthcare operations, digital health, or related field (e.g., management consulting, health system strategy, health tech)
Advanced analytical capabilities with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to analyze complex datasets and translate into actionable insights
Experience working on or with digital / health technology solutions (e.g., clinical decision support, workflow tools, analytics platforms, AI-enabled solutions)
Demonstrated ability to work with external partners and vendors, including evaluating capabilities, managing deliverables, and driving toward outcomes
Structured problem solver with ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and outputs
Exceptional communication skills, including development of executive-ready presentations and materials
Proven ability to independently manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Strong interpersonal skills with experience engaging frontline, operational, digital/IT, and executive stakeholders
High level of initiative, ownership, and learning agility
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables
Principal Accountabilities
Lead and execute strategic initiatives across clinical, operational, quality, and digital domains aligned to enterprise priorities
Analyze clinical, operational, financial, and digital performance data to identify insights, quantify opportunities, and inform recommendations
Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operational, quality, and digital/IT teams to define requirements, validate insights, and drive alignment
Evaluate, select, and work with external partners (e.g., vendors, startups, consultants), including supporting build vs. buy decisions, managing engagements, and ensuring delivery against objectives
Support implementation of digital and operational solutions, including workflow design, pilot execution, performance tracking, and scaling
Translate strategy into execution, defining KPIs, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability for results
Identify and advance opportunities to improve care delivery, operational efficiency, quality outcomes, and digital enablement
Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.
Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skills competency; supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced staff.
