Title: Manager, Corporate FP&A (Enablement)
Location: Bangalore, India

Okta is in profitable growth mode. We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Finance Manager who will be a key player in, and is truly excited about, driving and effectively scaling Okta's growth. This person will report to the Director of G&A and International FP&A, and will partner with FP&A peers as well as with Business Technology (BT) and Finance Transformation (FT) teams to drive and enable the improvement of FP&A processes and reporting. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who wants to be part of a dynamic FP&A organization that is operating at an accelerated pace and scaling for the future.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail without losing the big picture, and the ability to work both cross functionally and independently. They also must have experience with Anaplan. They are highly organized, and are truly excited about driving scale and automation, reporting improvements, and propelling an organization forward.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead all Anaplan initiatives as the central point of contact between FP&A, Business Technology (BT), Data & Insights, and Finance Transformation (FT) teams.
- Partner with FP&A and cross functional teams to develop, build, and execute on the systems roadmap
- Dive head first into automation - increase productivity across the FP&A org through reimagined creative, scalable, and efficient solutions
- Expand and evolve FP&A reporting capabilities through innovative system solutions
- Play a key role in partnering with the organization on Finance transformation initiatives, including capturing business requirements and supporting user acceptance testing
- Assist with and manage frequent ad-hoc projects to support management and business decisions
- Maintain and improve detailed financial models that track and analyze key metrics and their impact on the company's overall performance
- Influencing prioritization of Anaplan projects based on return on investment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Able and willing to come into the Bangalore, India office as needed, up to 3x a week or more
- Ability to work PST hours as needed
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A
- 2+ years of People Management experience
- 2+ years of experience with Anaplan (model building a huge plus)
- Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills
- Advanced Excel/GSheets and PowerPoint/GSlides skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision
- Ability to challenge the status quo and bring forth new ways of thinking
- Experience in a high-growth global high tech/software/SaaS organization is a plus
- Tableau experience is a plus
