- Maintain the hygiene of books and analyse GAAP differences.
- Financial Analysis:
- Perform detailed analysis and review of monthly financial results, ensuring accurate and insightful reporting to leadership.
- Support in the preparation and presentation of financial reports to stakeholders.
Skills Required
- Experience in financial statement closure and month/quarter/year-end closing
- Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Schedule III
- Knowledge and application of IND-AS accounting standards
- Knowledge of GAAP and ability to analyze GAAP differences
- Experience managing audits and responding to audit queries
- Experience with consolidation and submission of reporting packages to regional teams
- Strong financial analysis skills for monthly result review and stakeholder reporting
- Experience implementing internal controls, maintaining SOPs, and process improvement
