Manager, Corporate Finance and Compliance, Treaty Oak Clean Energy, LLC (Austin, TX)
Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting corporate and project-level financial compliance, capital structuring, and treasury activities for utility-scale renewable energy and infrastructure assets. This role involves interpreting and administering financing agreements; monitoring financial covenants, credit facilities, and liquidity; supporting capital access and reporting obligations; and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financing and governance requirements. The position requires independent judgment in analyzing complex financial agreements, managing compliance processes, and supporting strategic financial initiatives across multiple projects or portfolios. The role collaborates closely with finance leadership, legal, project finance, treasury, and operations teams and may support process improvements, system implementations, and internal controls related to financial operations. This position will supervise the work of other employees. Telecommuting permitted. Must report to office 3x/week.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field and 4 years of experience in a financial, corporate finance, treasury, compliance, or accounting-related role. Must also possess: 4 years of experience as a business analyst, financial analyst, capital markets analyst, financial products analyst, project finance analyst, or related role; 3 years of experience analyzing and administering financial or credit agreements, including tracking covenants, reporting obligations, or deliverables; 2 years of experience preparing or coordinating financial reports, compliance documentation, or internal approvals; 1 year of experience supporting treasury functions such as cash management, liquidity monitoring, forecasting, or banking relationships; and 1 year of experience with financial systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, treasury or financial reporting tools, and spreadsheet-based analysis. Must be able to successfully complete competency-based interviews. $139,797 to $150,000.
In the alternative, the company will accept Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field and 1 year of experience in a financial, corporate finance, treasury, compliance, or accounting-related role. Must also possess: 1 year of experience as a business analyst, financial analyst, capital markets analyst, financial products analyst, project finance analyst, or related role; 1 year of experience analyzing and administering financial or credit agreements, including tracking covenants, reporting obligations, or deliverables; 1 year of experience preparing or coordinating financial reports, compliance documentation, or internal approvals; 1 year of experience supporting treasury functions such as cash management, liquidity monitoring, forecasting, or banking relationships; and 1 year of experience with financial systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, treasury or financial reporting tools, and spreadsheet-based analysis.
