Job Description
Visa’s Regional M&A & Ventures team forms part of the Global Corporate Development function which is responsible for helping shape Visa’s inorganic strategy. As the payment landscape evolves, the Corporate Development team works with regional and business executives as well as corporate strategy to evaluate, analyze, and prioritize Visa’s inorganic strategic ambitions. The team has a primary role in sourcing, assessing, negotiating and executing strategic acquisitions/investments across all of Visa's geographies and businesses.
Recent notable European acquisitions and investments include: Featurespace (Fraud platform), Tink (open-banking platform), Currency Cloud (foreign exchange solutions provider), Ecolytiq (environmental footprint platform for banks), Enfuce (Issuer Processing) and Form3 (payments infrastructure).
The Manager role will help drive inorganic growth activities while interacting with senior company leaders, participate in all stages of the M&A and investment cycle, and get significant deal making exposure.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree plus CA, FCA or other relevant qualification.
