Job DescriptionThe Manager, Corporate Communication is to manage the service standard team and promote continuous knowledge and skill acquisition, as well as client-centric culture and processes, among the team members and the whole organization, organize client impacting fora in collaboration with the Business development team. Build a network of executive contacts that may assist at giving talks or presentations at the client engagement fora.
Job Responsibilities
- To deliver real value to Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited by developing the Communication strategy and plan.
- To continually seek ways to improve the effectiveness of internal and external communication.
- To continually seek effective ways to create shared value in the communities in which we operate.
- To manage the execution of communications campaigns and internal projects, media, social media.
- To manage the relationship with key stakeholders.
- To ensure that service standards are attainable and achieved across all service channels as well as to promote the service culture throughout the organization whilst ensuring that the processes remain client centric and reasonable.
- To develop service standards, strategies, policies, initiatives and budgets for the unit and work with other departments to come up with organizational standards.
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Commerce or Marketing or Business Administration
Professional Qualification is also an advantage – ACA, CIMA.
Experience Required
Internal Communications
7- 10 years’ experience in a Marketing and Communications role. Must have supported the management of a project budget of approximately N100 million. Must have experience in working in teams and driving campaigns. Must have previous experience with a Financial Services industry.
