The Corporate Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate accounts and providing a superior customer experience which engenders mutual trust and respect, while achieving financial targets for both protecting the base business and growing incremental sales profitably. 


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and nurturing client relationships by ensuring client’s needs are met
  • Partner with Hospitality and Long-Term Care clients to understand goals and objectives
  • Manage client accounts by overseeing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring key deadlines are met
  • Identify new opportunities for growth in existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, product development, and project management to ensure client needs are met
  • Develop proactive sales plans based on emerging market trends
  • Present KPIs to clients and senior leadership
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Acts as a role model for One Standard Behaviors
  • Deliver budgeted revenue for each account at targeted margins, comprised of recurring revenue plus incremental new business

Key Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of distribution sales experience and 3+ years of project management experience, required. 5+ years of working in textile products or healthcare & hospitality industry, preferred
  • Proven ability to develop strategic business relationships
  • Experience working with healthcare & hospitality clients and purchasing agents
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Previous experience working in a customer relationship management (CRM) system, Salesforce
