- Lead management and analyst team to achieve business outcomes through technology

- Support enterprise project work (e.g., modernization, business restructuring and acquisitions) regarding financial reporting systems
- Review and understand analytical solution needs to improve Finance department processes
- Review current practices for budgeting, forecasting, strategy, and reporting to design and develop Business Intelligence solutions to improve those practices using Oracle/Hyperion and Business Intelligence EPM tools
- Lead a team to build and design a flexible financial reporting toolset which allows for expansion and change as business needs evolve, and drive efficiency and consistency in the reporting process
- Manage the technical development of Essbase programs by determining the design and structure of the Essbase databases
- Travel to divisions to review reporting solutions
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports

- Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Information Management, Computer/Information Science, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or other related fields; or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience as an Essbase developer with knowledge of how to run Calc scripts, load rules, dimension builds
- 5+ years of analytic experience
- Strong analytical and Technical Data Modeling skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to articulate and present financial systems requirements in a clear manner to both business and technology audiences
