What You'll Do

  • Represent publisher perspectives internally to inform roadmap and operational priorities

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in publishing, digital content, business affairs, partnerships, or a similar commercial role
  • You are experienced managing complex commercial relationships within the book or digital publishing industry
  • You know how to lead or support licensing and distribution negotiations in a digital content environment
  • You have a strong understanding of the digital book ecosystem and common commercial models
  • You communicate fluently in English and Spanish; Italian or Portuguese language skills are a plus
  • You are comfortable managing budgets and balancing partner value with long-term sustainability
  • You are analytically confident and use performance data and financial models to guide decisions
  • You are collaborative, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • You align with Spotify’s values and bring a growth mindset to your work
  • You are willing to travel and collaborate across time zones as needed

Where You'll Be

  • This role is based in Barcelona.
  • However, open to Europe region, as long as we have a work location.
  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
