Manager, Content Marketing - Nasuni - Boston Seaport - Hybrid 3 Days Onsite
Summary of Role:
Nasuni is looking for a strategic, creative, and performance-driven content manager to lead Nasuni’s global editorial and creative operations. This leader will shape and scale our content strategy across channels, ensuring excellence in storytelling, brand consistency, and measurable business impact. The ideal candidate brings a balance of editorial expertise, creative leadership, and operational acumen, with experience managing agencies, optimizing budgets, and building efficient, AI-enhanced workflows that maximize ROI.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a global content marketing strategy aligned with company objectives, campaigns, and go-to-market priorities.
- Translate business goals into content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across all audiences and channels.
- Partner closely with marketing leadership to define content KPIs, measurement frameworks, and optimization strategies.
Editorial & Creative Management
- Lead and optimize the full editorial and creative process, including calendar planning, workflow governance, and content lifecycle management.
- Edit, and approve high-impact content across thought leadership, product storytelling, customer success, and digital experiences.
- Oversee the development of creative assets—visuals, videos, graphics, and multimedia storytelling—to enhance brand storytelling and campaign impact.
- Ensure consistency across all content and creative deliverables, maintaining Nasuni’s brand voice, tone, and design standards across global markets.
SEO, AI & Performance Optimization
- Drive SEO strategy with a focus on optimizing for LLM discovery, structured data, and AI-enhanced content performance.
- Integrate AI tools into the content lifecycle—from topic intelligence and keyword analysis to metadata optimization, and performance tracking.
- Continuously analyze engagement metrics to refine strategy, improve ROI, and scale high-performing content models.
Agency, Vendor & Budget Management
- Oversee relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and creative vendors to ensure alignment on strategy, quality, and timelines.
- As necessary, lead the agency selection process, including RFP development, evaluation, and onboarding.
- Manage and optimize the content marketing budget, balancing in-house and external resources to maximize efficiency and output.
- Ensure vendors adhere to brand, messaging, and visual standards while delivering measurable value and scalability.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with product marketing, campaign, customer, brand, comms, and design teams to deliver cohesive, impactful content across the buyer journey.
- Hire and mentor writers, editors, and creative contributors to raise the bar on quality, innovation, and storytelling effectiveness.
- Oversee the Nasuni blog and thought leadership hub as flagship brand storytelling channels.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of content marketing and creative leadership experience in a B2B technology or SaaS environment, including 3+ years of leading a content team.
- Proven success developing and executing global content strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Strong track record managing agencies, vendors, and creative teams.
- Experience building and managing budgets, with a focus on optimizing resources and scaling content efficiently.
- Deep understanding of SEO, LLM-driven content, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong visual and strategic sensibility.
- Adept at analyzing performance data to guide strategy and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, cross-functional environment.
