As the Manager, Content for Internal Client Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal communications content to support our client’s internal training and corporate communications needs. You will create compelling content that engages client team members and enhances the internal awareness, usage, and reputation of the program/product. You will work closely with stakeholders within Targetbase and the client to ensure all internal communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s goals and values.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the internal communications strategy for the client’s program/product, including key messaging, communication channels, and tactics.
- Create and deliver high-quality internal client communications content, such as email updates, newsletters, intranet content, training documents, and presentations.
- Collaborate with Targetbase and client stakeholders to ensure all internal client communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s goals and values.
- Ensure brand consistency by adhering to the client’s/company’s brand, style, format, and standards in all materials produced.
- Mentor and support the internal client communications team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Execute against the client’s program/product content calendar to ensure internal communication needs are met or exceeded.
Skills and Qualifications:
- BA/BS preferred, advanced degree a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field. Experience in a leadership role a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful internal communications strategies.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Experience with content creation and brand management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.
- Knowledge of best practices for internal communications.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
