Job Description Summary:
The Manager, Community Operations drives execution and alignment across community engagement and social impact initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery across partners, bottlers, and teams. This role leads planning, coordination, and tracking of programs and events while managing tools, calendars, and processes to deliver consistent, high-impact community activations.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
- Manages Community and Social Impact system alignment routines with top bottlers by leading structured routines including coordinating agendas, gathering inputs, and documenting outcomes to ensure community investments and engagements are connected to business priorities, visible, and delivering shared value.
- Leads planning and activation of community engagements by partnering with nonprofits, local bottlers, customer teams and PACS cross functional teams to ensure every event, sponsorship, and activity reflects a consistent system narrative, showcases the portfolio, delivers the right message, and strengthens brand and commercial relevance.
- Plans and operationalizes Community Marketing Moments in partnership with nonprofit organizations by managing invitations, consolidating inputs for EPICS, and delivering “know before you go” guidance to ensure local activation teams are set up for successful execution
- Owns and optimizes the Community and Social Impact engagement calendar to prioritize high-value opportunities, coordinate system participation, and capture execution outcomes and key learnings to inform future growth and impact
- Manages the Community and Social Impact centralized hub of information, tools, and best practices to drive operational excellence, increase visibility, and scale impact across the organization
- Supports the execution of Cause Marketing programs across customers by aligning internal stakeholders, managing partner communications, approvals, execution toolkits, and performance tracking to ensure seamless activation and measurable business and brand outcomes
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
Related Work Experience:
At least five years of relevant experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and stakeholder networks, with demonstrated ability to drive execution, leverage digital tools, and deliver results aligned to business priorities.
