Manager, Communications (Thrive)
As a writer and communications professional, you bring your passion for creating engaging content to work each day, and there’s no better place to do that with than an iconic brand like Coca-Cola.
In this role, you’ll be the voice for our careers at Coke brand, Thrive. As a member of the Thrive team, you’ll help our talent and development teams bring the careers at Coke experience to life through compelling narratives, video scripts, intranet content, user interfaces, and internal social communities.
What You’ll Do for Us
- Writer and Storyteller. As the voice for our careers at Coke brand, Thrive, you’ll partner with our HR teams to craft compelling communications, content, and campaigns across employee touchpoints and channels.
- Changemaker. A someone who is adept at designing change, you will imagine better ways to communicate and simpler means of engaging to formulate effective employee communications plans. You’ll Develop and implement comprehensive communications plans and strategies.
- Editor/Copywriter. You'll collaborate with teams and individuals across our global HR network to refine and enhance copy written by others, ensuring it aligns with the Thrive tone of voice. Whether it's light editing, significant rewrites, or managing feedback around copy changes, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining consistent and compelling content across our communications.
- Thrive Community Manager. You’ll represent the voice of Thrive across our career, learning, and leadership communities and channels. You’ll develop and execute on-going communications to engage with employees in these communities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a corporate or agency environment is preferred with an undergraduate degree required.
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality creative writing expertise across a variety of mediums and channels.
- Excellent command of the English language, especially the rules of syntax, punctuation, and grammar. High attention to detail.
- Ability to change voice and writing style to fit a particular audience and purpose.
- Amazing influencing and negotiation skills. Not just saying it, we really need it. Comfortable leading through change in a large organization.
- A proven passion for how audiences consume and experience digital content, and advocating on their behalf. Personal or professional experience creating strategies to engage with users, customers, or employees in online communities.
- Consciously attuned to cultural and consumer trends with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Experience with, interest in, and understanding of visual communications; experience creating presentations or other visual-forward materials is desired.

Pay Range:
$106,100 - $123,900
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
