Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a highly motivated Commercial Legal Manager. Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice/opinion in various legal matters, including corporate law, foreign business law, consumer protection law and e-commerce related regulations, and cooperate with other departments under Delivery Hero entities in Laos to complete any related tasks.
- Draft, review, evaluate risk factors and provide appropriate solutions regarding commercial-related agreements for Delivery Hero entities in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar.
- Conduct research on legal issues and provide knowledge and awareness to colleagues and related stakeholders.
- Support Lead, Regional and Global team members of Delivery Hero on assigned projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (Master’s degree in Law is preferable)
- At least 4 years of working experience
- Law firm and FMCG experience is preferable, but not required.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of laws and procedures, e.g., e-commerce, contract, corporation, consumer protection etc.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written communication)
