This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Commercial FP&A Manager who will be a key finance partner to our Chief Commercial Officer and leadership team. This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations—helping shape decisions that directly impact growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.

In addition to driving forecasting and strategic insights, this leader will manage and develop a team of analysts, fostering growth, collaboration, and a culture of excellence in Commercial Finance.

If you’re energized by turning complex data into clear insights, thrive in fast-moving environments, and enjoy leading and mentoring others, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Forecasting & Planning – Own forecasting of all major Commercial metrics (originations, service units, revenue), ensuring accuracy and forward-looking insights.

  • Drive Profitability Insights – Deliver customer profitability analysis, identify margin improvement opportunities, and partner with Sales leadership to strengthen deal economics.

  • Partner with Pricing – Collaborate with the Pricing team to support decision-making on offers and conduct post-implementation reviews, analyzing pricing, volume, and mix impacts to inform future strategies.

  • Support Leadership – Serve as the finance business partner to the CCO and Commercial leaders, shaping strategy through financial insights.

  • Enhance Sales Effectiveness – Provide headcount and Opex forecasting for Commercial teams, manage sales compensation analysis, and deliver insights to optimize incentives.

  • Advance Strategic Planning – Develop long-range financial models and sales planning scenarios that influence company direction.

  • Lead & Develop Talent – Directly manage a team of analysts, providing coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities while building strong analytical and business-partnering capabilities.

  • Deliver Insights That Matter – Lead month-end analysis and drive forecast updates for the Monthly Operating Review.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

  • 5+ years of progressive Finance experience in analytical and business-partnering roles, with at least 2+ years in people leadership

  • Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams

  • Strong track record in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic analysis

  • Deep understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and drivers of commercial performance

  • Ability to translate financial insights into business action plans.

  • Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., Infor, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/BI tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree
