This role is currently based at our Minneapolis office and will transition to our new headquarters in Dayton, MN, in 2027.
The Manager, Commercial Applications leads cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and deliver scalable, enterprise commercial platforms, including Websites, Ecommerce, Digital Experience, integrated applications, and analytics platforms across the organization. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy in a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on driving operational efficiency and enabling standardized, business-aligned solutions.
Leveraging Agile methodologies and product-based delivery practices, this role partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements, deliver business capabilities, and drive global process and system standardization. Responsibilities include conducting gap analysis, designing and implementing solutions, and supporting end-user adoption across Graco’s global divisions.

What You Will Do at GracoStrategic Planning and Business Transformation- Partner with IT and business leaders to develop and execute strategic plans to transform commercial operations and customer engagement capabilities
- Contribute to defining and executing the Digital Commerce and Customer Experience application strategy and multi-year roadmap
- Identify opportunities for process standardization, system rationalization, and cost optimization
- Analyze industry trends and recommend improvements to current platforms, tools, and processes
- Support adoption of standard work processes, application functionality, and data aligned to corporate IT policies and methodologies

- 7+ years of progressive experience in Commercial Applications, including Digital Experience, Ecommerce, Websites, or related platforms
- 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
