We are looking for a MANAGER OF CLINICAL SERVICES
The successful candidate will contribute to the mission of the Center and Children Services by providing clinical direction and supervision to clinicians assigned to the Children Services division, working collaboratively with program management and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality, state-of-the-art, cost-effective services to individuals served and their families.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 years of job related experience, specifically in: Clinical experience within a school setting working with individuals with developmental and physical disabilities and 1 year of supervisory experience supervising professional level staff preferred.
Requirements for this position must be one of the following with a NYS licensure and registration:
- OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY: Have satisfactorily completed an approved occupational therapy curriculum in a baccalaureate or masters program, or a certificate program satisfactory to the department which is substantially equivalent to a baccalaureate degree program, in accordance with the commission of education’s regulations;
- PHYSICAL THERAPY: Completion of a 4-year program provided requirements include a bachelor’s, higher degree or equivalent in physical therapy;

Compensation Range:
$92,504.63 - $97,234.74Skills Required
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience within a school setting working with individuals with developmental and physical disabilities
- NYS licensure and registration as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT)
- Completion of an approved Occupational Therapy curriculum (baccalaureate or masters) or completion of a 4-year Physical Therapy program
- 1 year supervisory experience supervising professional level staff
